Uh...? Not at all? Two wrongs don't make a right? No matter what customer you have infront of you, nobody deserves to practically eat dirt from the ground. That is just not OK at all. If you can't handle rude customers, that's on you. That's an inevitable part of fast food and working in general.

Really? It's not your place to decide whether someone "deserves it" or not. The working world does not work like that, whether you work at McDonalds or work for Donald Trump. Your personal feelings about customers need to be put to the side as soon as your step behind that counter. No one forced you to put on that uniform and work for minimum wage. That is really a disgusting attitude to have, and I have come across my share of customers who were terrible to me. Your only job is to serve customers food the way the company intends and to provide positive costumer service. If you don't like your job, quit.
