Some people believe they are others don't. Some people have even seen and have said they had experiences with them. Yet how come not 1 recorded piece of evidence has happened yet

I'm not entirely sure if I believe in ghosts but aliens are definitely real. We cannot be the only living things in this universe, not when they just recently discovered a planet that is very similar to ours.

What if the aliens are ghosts or the ghosts are aliens? Say for example they live in a dimension we can't perceive with our senses? There's a theory there are 7 dimensions and we only know about 3 or 4

I feel like it's a little ignorant for anyone to say they don't believe in Aliens so yeah I definitely do believe.
Ghosts I also think do likely exist, there's something there. There's just too much evidence, and stuff like poltergeists and exorcisms etc... if it isn't ghosts it's something even more sinister like deamons.

Also, I've never understood the "ignorant!" argument when it comes to people not believing there are extraterrestrial life forms. There was once a time when there were no humans, so why is it so hard to believe that we could be alone in the universe right now? Just because the universe is large and endless in extent, doesn't mean it can't be full of nothing.

I understand the argument here, and it makes sense, but it's still not empirical evidence that life on other planets exist. Just because the universe contains elements that can create life, doesn't mean that life (as we know it) is scattered all around. Just one look at our own solar system shows how difficult it is to find a climate suitable to sustain life. Who's to say that the rest of the universe isn't similar to the other planets in our solar system, and Earth was just lucky? or that there was life on another planet that has since gone extinct? or that other planets are preparing for life, but do not yet host any? I mean, no matter how unlikely it seems to some, there's nothing proving that the aforementioned theories CAN'T be true. Right?
