Cheekbone is too gorged (the real Nicki has a more rounded face).
The Madam Tussaud goons also exaggerated the size of her lower lips.
The eye of the wax is also too slanted (Nicki does have a hint of Asian-ness in her but nowhere near as much as shown in the wax.

The face is a little too long and there's something off other than that but I can't put my finger on it. I'd say they did a good job, not tragic at all.
