Agreed but this isn't why. She's right here. Everyone's just blindly going along with giving up their revenue and profit generating income streams in exchange for promises which have yet to pan out after 8 years.
She's saying that Apple responded to her maturely and thoughtfully and showed some appreciation for artist's works and talents, while Spotify completely ignored her and didn't come across as such.
