Eh, I think it's actually fairly detailed and explanatory in the books, it's just that with it being revisited in one of Ned's dreams it's just written in a kinda poetic sort of way. This version taken from the official audiobook coupled with artwork helps paint a more vivid picture imo if you're interested. I would love a Robert's Rebellion prequel featuring a really thorough visit to the Tower of Joy though. Would provide tonnes of context to the events of S1.

I know this is random but I just finished reading The Rogue Prince along with The Princess and The Queen, and let me tell you something, it's even more entertaining to read than some chapters of ASOIAF. The only down side is that it's too short. The Dance of Dragons was such a sad moment in the Targaryen history and the last page page of The Rogue Prince literally made me cry. King Viserys is the type of queen I want Daenerys to be. He had a big heart.

I've watched the whole series from the start to the end in 3 days since I haven't seen S5 and forgot the whole thing, I love it even more now.

I don't get this, could you elaborate?
