I think you meant English which I'd agree with in most cases. I find most London/ South English accents very easy to understand, however northern English accents can be hard to understand if you're not used to them- Scouse and Geordie accents in particular

English: Jamaican accents. I was at this Jamaican restaurant yesterday and I couldn't understand what the cashier was saying so I just walked out.
Spanish: Cuban accents. I met this Cuban boy at school and I STRUGGLED to maintain a conversation with him. I had to ask him to repeat everything. I can understand even Dominicans better.
Lmao I will never be able to fully understand Caribbean spanish accents. My ears and brain literally shut down and I feel like I've never learned an ounce of Spanish despite the fact I'm supposedly super advanced.

At first I thought I couldn't understand them because I'm not a native spanish speaker, some of my Mexican friends can understand Caribbean spanish pretty well, but then I saw LuLuDrops say that he struggles too so I feel better.

I think if you move away from the main cities, especially the capital which is where a country's "standard" dialect is said to be, the bigger differences start to settle in

In Mexico my grandma lived in the country and she would twist words around When my dad met my mom he smoothed out the wrinkles but Abuelita still has ha own vocabulary.
