Rih has kind of a mean streak, but I've never really seen her go at anyone unprovoked or without reason. But some of her reactions like when she got really irritated with a fan that wouldn't let her arm go in a show and hit him with a mic.
By comparison, Bey got literally snatched off the stage and after protected him from getting jacked up and thrown out by Julius and then calmly introduced herself and gave the kid a hug. The gifs are

I think Bey and Britney are the nicest from the major mainstream girls. Katy seems pretty nice as well, but I don't know as much about her. Adele also seems nice even though she's rather reclusive. I think Rih is more nice than anything else as well even though she's outspoken and has a temper.
The only one I think is outright mean is Madonna. Jesus she is BRUTAL.
I'm not sure what to make of somebody like Taylor; everything comes across so staged and she seems to maintain the people around her like chess pieces. That doesn't necessarily mean she's mean, but it's ? IDK what I think about her personality from what I've seen recently.
Miley seems like a distant second.
