She may have powerhouse vocals but that doesnt mean that the music is always going to be good. Her albums are usually dragged out and arent that cohesive. A lot of her songs make it seem like she was more focused on shock value rather than creating something that will have longevity and remain fresh.
The irony. If only they could see through Beyoncé's fake songwriting and artistry. Her career has been manufactured from the beginning. Everything she has ever done has been calculated.
As obnoxious as I find her vocal stylings the majority of the time, Stripped was really done WRONG Fighter, Beautiful, The Voice Within, Dirrty, even some of the "filler" like Impossible, Walk Away, Soar, Get Mine Get Yours, etc. If only the direction was better and she trimmed like, 5/6 tracks, it would have the recognition as a classic which it deserves
Isn't Stripped the kind of ablum that really leaves an impression? I mean, it really sounds great to me, as an whole. It should have been better rated, like in the mid 70's at least. Back to Basics is underrated as well. The others are just regular/decent works imo.
