Our favorite beloved American Idol judge Paula Abdul is rumor to NOT be returning for the ninth season of American Idol according to her new manager David Sonenberg who claimed it in a recent interview with LA Times. He told the newspaper on Friday Paula isn't a happy camper as a result of what's going on. She's hurt. She's angry. Her manager David Sonenberg has yet to receive a proposal for a new contract for Paula. He find under these circumstances particularly unusual. He thinks its unnecessarily hurtful. He find it kind of unconscionable and certainly rude and disrespectful that they haven't stepped up and said what they want to do with Paula as a judge for the ninth season of American Idol.
Why is this a big deal now folks? Well because auditions for the show starts on August 6th and that's like about 2 weeks away. So if somebody doesn't act fast on this situation,we might only be seeing 2 judges this season and no girls judges. It's not sure either if Kara is returning to Idol to judge for a season. The UK hatred judge Simon Cowell is still negotiating deals with the show, but will be returning to judge the ninth season while Randy Jackson is signed onto till 2011.
We know without Paula, the show won't be the same without her and her "crazy nonsense" comments and the flirting she does with Simon on the show cause that's kinda hilarious to watch. Besides, the show will be boring and probably go down in ratings agan if Paula doesn't return to judge the ninth season. If Paula ain't coming then well bring at least boring Kara who talks about the same thing over and over again back to judge to at least keep things interesting on the show.
Bring back Paula, we need her.
The ninth season of this show will return in January 2010 on Fox.
YAY! I don't get why people love paula so much. She always HAS to have a positive review of everybody. I'm glad somebody with musical talent like Kara is on the show.

Ok so she has some musical talent. I'm glad she's leaving the show because she's a better choreographer then singer-songwriter. Kara has written some great songs and she's not a bad singer herself.
The article is saying that they haven't invited her back, not that she's deciding not to come back. The title is stupid and misleading. It should be "Paula Abdul not invited back to American Idol."
