Tesco are acting like this is a move aimed at improving health of children, when one looks at their aisles will tell you that that's unlikely to be the motivating factor in this:
A Tesco own brand item, filled with fat and sugar, clearly aimed at children.
If they themselves target children with these type of products, it's hypocritical of them to be dragging brands like Ribena and Capri-Sun for the same.
