Tbh, the guy looks like a crackhead and I bet the dentist probably did mention something about him needing his teeth out, and he most likely agreed then freaked after it happened. You do realise rotting teeth poses enormous health risks for individuals and it's better they are out than in? I wouldn't be surprised if he had horrible dental hygiene before this.. And according to reports the place hasn't had any official complaints before this incident
