Mental. I have really bad anxiety, depression from being abused in my childhood. But I'm working on it

I have a heart murmur but it doesn't like bother me or anything.
I was dealing with sciatica for a few months but it's gone away. Just hope it doesn't come back bc that pain is nooooo joke. ****.

I have this thing called dyspnea, I was diagnosed with it in March 2014 but had since December 2013.
