There have been talks and already been hinted various times on twitter and some random interviews. It will happen one day, I'm sure of that. But I think the only one who would be hard to get back would be Jessica, since she is the one who complained the hardest to be in "the shadow of Nicole". I bet fi they have two songs like Beep with Ashley and Kimberly also having a few vocals and some songs like Elevator, Painted Windows for Melody and something structurewise like Bite The Dust for Carmit, that a reunion easily could happen,with Nicole still as centred lead.
I mean I love Melody, but can anyone imagine PCD concerts to sound like this vocally if Melody had to handle a whole show on their own Melody's vocal breathing and technique is still very messy after all this years.

Like people pointed out on the first page, Jessica said they aren't friends, but she would definitely work with Nicole again so it's not a problem. All the members have said they're open to a reunion.
As for a Melody, she can't carry the songs on her own, but she can manage as backup. I thought she did a good job with Nicole here:

yeah Melody would sound nice as back-up. Takin Over The World performances were pretty great
