Only that Liam has the biggest voice and carried the group on the X Factor. And actually appreciates everything that is happening to him including his fans.

Well technically, the tour was only a month in. Maybe he could've parted ways prior, but then there would've been no point of him recording FOUR. So maybe leave before FOUR? Well, they were on tour and recording it. And similarly on TMH tour, recording MM. And maybe he didn't feel as strongly or at all prior to MM.

Bottom line is, 1D schedule is tight and never ending. There wouldn't have ever been the right time to leave, as they've been on the road or recording for 4 years straight. And you can't ask the man to suck it up and fake it until they finally got a real break. Because one it's not fair to him and two, circling back around, they'd just be touring until late 2016 for the fifth album.

So no, I highly doubt he left in "middle" of the tour just because he didn't like the music. Don't be so simple minded.

With his voice and image, Simon might've let him go more of an R&B/pop route if he'd gotten far as a solo artist, but with 4 other cute white boys to market, bubblegum pop made more sense.

I love how Liam is so sweet to Zayn. I low key hope Liam works on a track with Zayn. for his debut solo album. it would be nice.
