Yes, the phone operator in the second one with the monkey was very professional! If I was that women, I would have been very annoyed. I realize more needs to be with 911 calls after watching this video. Even if you dial 911 you can potentially die if they don't come there on time or you'll get a dumbass operator on the phone like the one with the monkey and time is passing by!
The operator in the 2nd one is a ****ing dumbass. I mean, he pretty much laughed in her face.
