No. They're ugly when they are too big or take up too much space.
Don't get me wrong, people are free to do what they want. But sleeves and other bundles of tattoos just look disgusting to me.

there are definitely certain ones that i like, but 80% of the time i think they're unattractive/tacky...especially full sleeves or just huge ones in general

Yes. My attraction for someone always increases if they happen to have some ink on them. Especially if it's well done and thoughtfully placed.
