Eh is he an idiot? That is up to the owners of the premises. You can't tell people how to run their PRIVATE businesses. And yes, I even include when they want to impose religious justifications to that business. If someone OWNS something, they should be allowed run it the way they like, as long as it is not infringing on other people's rights.

There are way too many possible issues associated with gender neutral bathrooms. Harrassment, rape, molestation.... Also, if there are no transgender people in a certain area than the bathroom would just sit vacant most of the time.
They should just require buildings to have a private washroom.
The bill is asking for gender neutral bathrooms to be created, not for all bathrooms to be gender neutral.
There are gender neutral bathrooms (along with standard male and female) at my university and no increase in sexual assault. Most people still end up using the original ones.
