Not surprisingly. There's a reason there are no stories of her being "mean" from the past 9 years and only stories of her being overly generous and sweet. And its not a surprise that someone would want to say something controversial about a star of her caliber. If someone is actually rude behind the scenes, you're going to hear about it way more. (Example: Christina)

Good to see them respond and prove that they are not Taylor's robots, but real humans that have wisdom, knowledge, and truth.
