And you can still release them in the game or the sales are already there?
You set the exact sales and the chart peaks in the editor, though they don't sell anymore when you start the game. I've also noticed the game doesn't certify the records even when they have enough sales, but it doesn't really bother me.
I'll let you guys know how my first era goes (going really well so far, playing as Katy Perry)
I set the album sales to mimic the market of the 90's. So the highest selling album might end up being 30M maybe?
I set the singles sales so that they would mimic the 2010's. So it's very possible to have a single sell 12M and this time around, America is not such a huge monster when it comes to singles.
It's really easy. When you're choosing the dates for the album/single release, there are two columns of dates. One column is for physical and one is for digital. Just schedule the digital release a week after the physical release and it should sell very well.
My label is now GLOBAL. It started with 0% everywhere, thanks to Mayumi & Blaxx Worldwide slayage. Chingoo Local slayage. MISTAR being Latin American & Asian God (breaking records left and right).
Ella Eyre being moderately successful & Tulisa still recording her first album with my label.
2017 will know a new girlgroup, which will be the opposite of Blaxx, I'm thinking of B.Pure (Be Pure) which will have an innocent concept. And also my first Pop act I don't know yet if it will a man or woman or a group I'll scout for both.
