Either all of this is to drum up ratings and press for their show and they haven't actually broken up or Kourtney needs help.

This was expected. They were together for years.

They'll probably get back together, they've got three kids together and Scott owes most of why people know him to that woman. Can't imagine they'll keep it off for too long.

It's sad how substance abuse can tear couples apart. You can tell she loves him....like they were meant for each other. But its too hard to deal with someone with struggles like that.

Hopefully Scott can really recover from his issues in the future, so they could get back together.

Kourtney got natural looks, has a sense of humor, and (if all else fails) money. She is basically the heir apparent to take over Kris's management position within the Kardashian/Jenner empire. Men much more rich, faithful, trustworthy, and sober would kill to to be with a woman like Kourtney.
