I think what Guernica is getting at is, people with such low self-esteem don't
typically post pictures of themselves all over the internet for thousands of people to look at/judge. They have a very reserved personality and act as if they can't even leave the house because of how vulnerable they feel, yet they are more than happy to post pictures online and constantly check to see if anyone has commented on their posts. Plus, a lot of the photos of fc's depict something that's outgoing and confident, duck lips while clubbing and whatnot.
Of course, there are ALWAYS exceptions. It's more of a red flag than certified proof.
