I think a lot of people in this thread have differing definitions of impact, so I'm confused what we're asking. Are we asking about how they impact the culture as in how often they are talked about, or are we talking about how they actually impacted and/or influenced other artists.

P!nk did the latter. A lot of new artists cite P!nk as an influence. The former, I would agree, but that's because she's not desperate to maintain a "celebrity" status like some girls who desperately thrive on it.
