John Burk—an Internet fitness instructor, motivational speake and former Army veteran—released a nearly six-minute rant against overweight Americans. This latest video, posted on his public page’s wall and elsewhere, has amassed over five million views. “Your personality might be beautiful, but your body is not,” said Burk in the video. “It is not OK to be overweight.”
I already gave my thoughts on this elsewhere. He's totally right. "Fat acceptance" (yes, it's an actual movement) is not okay. The lies of movements such as Health At Any Size are putting people's lives at risk.
He's doing too much in the video. He has some points though and good on him for helping people getting healthy.
And not everything is an excuse there is many factors involved for some people.
And mess at the bullying ******** kids bully for everything not just weight.
