These girls are an exception to the rule, no one else has the luxury or power to do it.
I honestly don't see anyone doing it any time soon. Gaga was the closest with $90m in 2010 (or was it 2011?) and that was during one of the biggest popstar peaks we've seen since Madonna herself. If Gaga couldn't do it then, no one will do it now.

She did $80M with 12 tour dates (festivals included) this year
And since the tracking period started for next year's list, she has already grossed $54.7M with her tour, that's it with 4 stadiums and 3 arenas yet to be reported. She has another 16 stadiums and 38 arenas lined up until December, with a huge possibility of more dates being added in 2016, and as long as they happen before June 1st, they'd fit within the tracking period
