Maybe in this case it's not but if its part of their culture and they have been isolated from modern man then yes. There is an island off the coast of India, if you step on that island, chances are you are going to be murdered, and no one is going to blame them for it.

If you're referring to the Andoman Islands, no one is allowed to enter without permission. I don't know why anyone would want to go there except for scientists.

Not everyone has a choice a fishing boat washed up during a storm they tried to rescue them but they were already murdered placed in shallow graves. Clearly no one with knowledge of these people is going to take a stroll on their beach and they have warning markers telling people to stay away.

It does not change the fact there are tribes existing today that can literally get away with murder.

Um... those 2 illegal fishermen were Indians so they more than likely had knowledge about the Andaman Islands and Sentinelese people, but they washed ashore and there was no storm. They were drunk and didn't tie their boat properly.

And that's not a fact at all. The Sentinelese thought the Indian fishermen were invaders and shot them with arrows.

BOTH are wrong, and I will absolutely judge cultural traditions when it involves killing people or animals (that said, animals are NOT people, let alone ten year old boys) A person's right to not have their culture judged ends without question when that culture is harming other living things
