No why would they? VMAs this year had 0 buzz until Nicki said something. People were already dreading that this would be the most boring VMAs in years. Now it's hyped to be the best in years. They should be thanking Nicki (and by extention, Taylor and Katy) if anything.

Also, why would the VMA's let her go and then not let her win anything? If ppl voted for her to win but MTV didn't give her the award. That's not fair. She gave an opinion (honestly some things she should've of said but, for the most part she was right).

Now people actually wanna watch it because of all the drama and they are just gonna mute the show when Miley appears. Nicki v Taylor, Media v Taylor, Katy commenting. All that stuff helped promote the VMA's actually. So its all good, MTV definitely want her there.
