This is exactly why he will arrest them. They put everyone at these funerals in danger. You never know when a family member or friend is going to snap on theirs and everyone else's ass. Funerals are a tense time period. You don't poke the bear.

Except they have protested numerous military funerals without a major incident and if there is a bear to be poked it would be at one of those. I assume you feel the same way about them at military funerals.
