Yep, I've always said we should get rid of them. It was illegal for him to have that gun, he got it anyways, just like the old saying says: "When guns are banned, only criminals will have guns".

As question 11(F) of ATF Form 4473 goes:

"Have you ever been adjudicated mentally defective (which includes a determination by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority that you are a danger to yourself or to others or are incompetent to manage your own affairs) OR have you ever been committed to a mental institution?"

If the world is as bad as it is with background checks, can you imagine what would happen if we got rid of them?

This is a serious issue. Innocent people are dying, something must be done.

That's because PoC don't get sympathy from the system instead they get thrown straight into jail.
