Any type of promo is great. There are other means to promoting then just tweeting and sharing on Facebook. There are very popular websites out there that have hundreds of members and thousands of views. We can slowly build her fan base from the background, I go on popular gaming forms or anime forums putting her name and video link in my Sig and post around. Make a few friends ask for favors. Even if none of them likes it, it still becomes views towards the video. And I believe doing so might even earn a fan or two to possible do the same thing I'm suggesting. Domino effect word by mouth can go along way.
