If YOU knew anything, you'd know that those signs have absolutely NO legal standing based on a person's characteristic. Any protected class by federal and state statute can NOT be refused service based on their class. The only time service can be refused is if it's a behavioral issue, and even the legal standing on that is technically iffy.

Yeah. If someone comes into a store to buy a gun and shoot people, the gun seller can refuse to sell it. Most states give the right to refuse service for any reason, even something as simple as dress code, as long as it doesn't discriminate against a protected class.

This is one case though, there is a another bakery, a pizza place and a photographer I believe that have also be sued.

I honestly don't know much about this particular case, who went public first? Did they go public after they were sued? Did they get death threats first? Something made them post about it maybe you are right and it was just them being asses.

That Indiana pizza place getting death threats was wrong, but also case of big mouths. The law wasn't even signed when they said they will decline services and in the end the governor had such a big backlash that the law had to be rewritten to specifically say it can't be used if it's a gay matter so they couldn't have refused before or after the debacle.

Businesses can refuse service but on suitable ground and it's in the law that you if have a business you must serve everyone.

I think you're disgusting for agreeing with this person, as this couple tried to use their religion to discriminate against these people, and that's disgusting.

True there is no federal law, but some states have one. In this case it was Oregon law they had to face.
