Maybe, the album is still selling well. She just keeps growing in popularity here. Her Hyde Park concert was really well received, as was her Norwich Big Weekend Festival performance. The major radio DJ's in the UK like Max, Grimmy, and Dave Berry really seem to like her. She is friends with and constantly praised by the most popular current UK artists like Ed, Sam, Ellie and of course Calvin Harris. I am sure she is now popular enough to do at least one stadium here if she wanted.
I am very interested to see how Rihanna's latest album here does and how it compares with 1989's performance.

Last year when 1989 was announced I was a bit scared that it will be censored but now it's been selling for months at the top of the chart so there's obviously no problem for the Chinese government.

I doubt any if the Mainlanders actually gives a damn about "TS" when it is nowhere near "天安门广场". People need to realise they can't view everything from their western perspective lol.
