WTF?! I've never heard of such a thing. If that ever happened to me, I would give the cop a hard time! It reminds me of when my mom was pulled over once for a "rolling stop" at a stop sign. Like, officer, please don't waste my time. But I think getting pulled over for no blinker is even more ridiculous. People pull those stunts on the highways all the time.
whoever it is, they were damn near LIFELESS. no gurney, no over the shoulder, no helping hand from the other man to carry her.... just dragged like a bag of trash.
disgraceful and evil.
im impatient for this revolt. we need to destroy the police and America.
regardless of how she died, her arrest was totally unlawful. the trooper needs to be fired and jailed for assault. (and beat the **** up for his appalling, evil attitude)

Actually the law in Texas states you can arrest somebody for not indicating a turn.
Ticket - yes, getting arrested over "failing to signal a lane change" is an overkill. Jesus.
"Bland was arrested July 10, accused of assaulting an officer after a routine traffic stop more than 1,000 miles from her home in the Chicago suburb of Naperville, Illinois."
they claimed it was because of her assaulting them.
Apparently the medical examiners reports came back all indicating suicide, without any sign of a struggle. Meh, I really do hope they call in someone of their own, but if she really did commit suicide it still doesn't change everything up to her arrest. I think people are way too focused on the mug shot.
This makes me sick. The police are obviously trying to cover up something because their story makes no sense. I hope the truth is revealed and her family gets justice.

Well clearly the officer didn't know that, because she asked him about 10 times what she was under arrest for and he never answered her (which is yet another violation of her rights, as an officer must tell you why he is placing you under arrest when doing so)
