The Freeheld trailer sucks and so does the script (and you know when I say a script sucks, it sucks).

But the reaction to the trailer is positive. Is it because it deals with gay rights? Will it get Nicki Minajed (something that's horrible but gets praise out of obligation)? Or maybe Beyonced? (something that's ok but gets great praise out of obligation)?

Indiewire: Fresh off of her first Oscar victory, Moore might be headed for an encore if this new footage is any indication. The actress looks positively heartbreaking in this role, while the trailer's brief snippets of Moore and Page together are beautifully intimate and romantic.

AV Club: Moore has fantastic chemistry with Page and Shannon throughout the trailer, but honestly, she could probably have great chemistry with a dishrag.
