Discussion: Do Blacks get "Priviliges" too?

Just curious to see if the Atrl community thinks if Blacks get some form of privileges? May not be the same privileges as whites obviously but I do believe Blacks get some advantages school wise and maybe some others that i can't recall on at the moment
