I find it ironic to parade the 'stop drinking milk' argument as one goes around eating meat. Animals face such cruelty to land in our plates too, but people will keep consuming the food or drinks that they want and like.

I figured you must be a veg to post this video, but unfortunately most people who are against the use of dairy products neglect the fact that the same arguments can be made for meat eating. Also, many people watch these videos and go 'poor cow, these people are cruel for separating the mother and the child', then they go on eating meat.

Yeah exactly a lot of meat eaters seem to live in a utopian universe where their meat just appears in supermarkets with no pain or slaughter whatsoever. This video made me feel bad about not being vegan

my only issue with rearing of cows for meat or milk is the environmental aspect. they throw around these claims that milk causes cancer and acne and whatever else but you never see any reputable scientists agreeing with those claims? are there any case studies of people actually having hormonal issues because of milk? also where else do they expect us to get our calcium from lmao

If you eat enough of the same Vegetables or Fruits, you put your body in danger. Which is why it's recommended to eat plants in moderation AND variation because they have toxins which can slowly deteriorate the human body.

Soy and Soy Milk is literally one of the worst things you can consume, but people don't realise as Soy has short term benefits but heaps of long term health issues.

There is literally no other way to be 100% healthy, because our bodies have poor sustainability mostly due to conditioning of humans over time.
