Smh I was planning to jog for 30 minutes around my house, I was 13 minutes in and some old creepy man pulled in a van near me so I just ran home
And I feel you. I can't swim, I haven't got a bike and I'm terrible at exercise in general let alone jump rope
gym because it has everything i need and i know ppl that go there
and if on certain days i get there and I'm not motivated and i see ppl around slaying it motivates me
High Impact will eventually take its toll. My knees are a mess. If you can afford a home gym and have the discipline that's the way to go. I do a lot of swimming in the summer since i have a pool.
Home gym. Though if you don't have a home gym, I suggest you go to a gym because that way you're going to be paying, and thus you'll be less lazy and more motivated.
I love going on runs, so I'll choose jogging. I'm not a huge fan of working out at the gym because IMO it doesn't feel as natural as simply going out and running or playing tennis, and I don't have the equipment to be able to work out at home.
