I don't think it's a bad thing for people to be allowed to own a weapon for whenever they're needed. In my opinion, if someone needed a gun to kill someone they'll find a way to obtain one, leaving groups of people completely helpless. The police can't be everywhere at once, good people need ways to defend themselves, their family and their property. What do you think?
There shouldn't be any gun "control". People should be responsible for their own safety. Criminals will always find a way to get weapons, guns or otherwise. No one should go to jail for merely possessing a gun, an inanimate object. No one should be deprived of the right to keep and bear arms.
