In my opinion, a Pop radio hit is a top 10 hit on that format. Top20 hits don't usually have that many spins compared to the top10.
All these past weeks, the #20 on Pop had around 4000 spins, while the #10 10000 spins and the #1 over 18000.
radio really tried to make it happen and no one bought it
