Taylor just made this about herself because this year, she's the white skinny girl. But Nicki was talking about "in general" and looking at the big picture not Bad Blood.

Mtv isn't racist but they did snub the biggest video of last year, they can't be racist when 4/5 voty nods are by or are featuring a black artist. Nicki did make some valid points but not about race, that was a cop out. And she was obviously referring to Taylor when she was saying "if your skinny you'll get voty" who else was she talking about? Ed sheeran?

There are only two women in the category Nicki is complaining about, Taylor and Beyonce.
Nicki said 'other' girls get more recognition.
'Videos with slim women getting praised' Bad blood featured models.
She favorited a tweet about Taylor getting Kanyed again.

But Taylor isn't the only skinny woman in the music industry. It may have been partly about her but I don't think it was purely a jab at only Taylor

So what's the alternative? Side with the minority given opinion in any situation, even If they aren't making valid points?

Well, Nicki was right about the racist comments. But Taylor didn't speak against that issue. If anything, just as the others stated, these media outlets just don't want to appear racist, so they had to 'side' with Nicki.

Nicki was the one body shaming (with that tweet and Anaconda as well). Taylor wasn't. That's the real issue here between the girls, not any of the race issue Nicki brought up afterwards to gain undeserved support with the feud

So then why delete the tweet.
