Yeah, it's one in a series of special issues focused on one artist's career - they've done them for Dylan, the Beatles, U2, etc. They usually include interviews from over the years, album reviews, articles on their impact, etc.
I'm pretty sure this is the first they've actually done for a woman, which is a bit
