tbh Nicki Minaj was iconic as soon as Super Bass become huge. also her Roman days and pink wig were crazy fun and iconic! but she definitely cemented her iconicness with the whole Anaconda mess
she is not a legend yet but most female rappers become legends until they start flopping when they get old for some reason unlike pop girls who can become legends while still slaying charts. so we will have to wait like another 7 to 10 years before ppl will start calling queen Nicki a rap legend.
