A black motorist has been shot dead by a University of Cincinnati police officer who had stopped him because of a missing license plate.

I can barely handle these stories making headlines what seems to be every week. It has me literally feeling sick to my stomach that this keeps happening all over the US and nothing is changing. Something NEEDS to be done. It's beginning to get to the point where people of color are going to have to fear to even leave their own homes. These stories get me close to the point of tears.

And it should also be mentioned that the victim was going to be a pre-med student at the University of Memphis and was only targeted because the cop "mistook" him for someone else. Because to be black in America means you fit the description.
I mean the full story isn't out yet but it's not like the guy who was killed was a saint either

The man was also carrying alcohol -- and probably drinking it (?).

Can you imagine what their families go through? That absolutely nothing can be done to bring their loved one(s) back after racial crimes such as these. Even if the cowardly racist officers are fired, hell, even if they're jailed, what is that? It sure isn't justice. There is no justice for these types of crimes.

Tensing spotted a car missing a front license plate and driven by Dubose. He said after the officer stopped him, Dubose apparently refused to provide a driver’s license, produced an alcohol bottle instead and refused to get out. A struggle ensued and Tensing fired one shot and was knocked to the ground, Goodrich said.
