They don't sell the baby parts. The mother chooses to either dump the dead baby in a waste bin or donate the tissues to medical research organizations, planned parenthood receives a reimbursement for their time, storage, and shipping.

Well the executives also come from affluent backgrounds, marry rich, or made money from previous companies they run or continue to run. Their salaries do not come from selling baby parts.
