Nope, he doesn't sing on Kingdom or Scream Queens. This is an unreleased track from his last album, I think.

I love this. It reminds me of something he might've written for Jonas Bros or Joe's debut album only with a more updated, contemporary sound. This should've been on the deluxe tbh.
