I get them if I eat too much cinnamon, if I bite my lip/tongue/cheek, or if I'm getting sick.

They are the WORST

I got it once or twice, they hurt a lot tho.

Only when I eat onions. [lol]

If I'm really run down and not getting enough sleep, yeah. They annoy me so much, I get the urge to eat something spicy or salty to make it hurt + **** off, leave me alone, sadly the reverse is true and it would hurt more.

I just use listerine and they go away pretty fast
