The shelf tags in the OP actually belong to a Kroger owned chain, AND date back to 4 or 5 years ago.
That being said, the chain itself isn't necessarily 'racist' for putting the security device on the "Black Hair" Just for Men product. That particular item might have fell victim to the boosters thus warranting the device
