The name will be in whatever language the person playing the game is playing in is. So yes. If they are playing in German/Korean/Italian etc the name will be Italian. If the name is the same in Italian/German you will know if it is an Italian one because it will have the ITA/GER language tag, if you are playing on a game that isn't the same language as it.

Yea, it sucks. Back when I was a good boy I used to use the friend safari, I was in there for hours looking for good abilities, and making sure everything was female so it could pass down the Pokéball.
