If she really wants a smash hit to launch the album she needs a pop song that would be played a lot by POP radios.

FFS was played but didn't peak very high and radio dropped it really fast
BBHMM isn't pop and logically it isn't played by pop radios.
AO is... weird, it's too long, the build of the song isn't radio friendly at all, the way the song is interupted every time by that machine noise...

If she wants Nothing's Promised as the next single alright but she'd better release the album soon even if the song isn't a smash hit...

No, it peaked later in it's life cycle. If the song had been a hit due to her name it would've peaked on first week like Britney and Gaga songs tend to do.
