Ah ok I was thinking it's a new song... Is the "Stuff is Messed Up" :d I liked this song a lot!

Dexter looks a tad like a blond Al Gore in the "presidential" shots (well, I would say gubernatorial shots since it is the Cali flag). Dunno if that was intended or it just so happens that when spit-shined that's what we get.
