Taken from Rumours, "You Make Loving Fun" became the fourth top 10 hit for the band in the US. It was the album's fourth and final single, written and sung by Christine McVie.
The song was inspired by an affair McVie had with Curry Grant, but "to avoid flare-ups", she lied and told her then-husband John McVie that the song was about her dog. He later found out what the song is really about. I don't condone cheating, unless it inspires you to create a song as great as "You Make Loving Fun".
This is the highest-placing song to get a 0. The song was also covered by Cyndi Lauper in 1984. #FunFacts.
